We reserve the right to cancel any shuttle that does not meet the minimum capacity requirements. There will be a full refund with at least 24 hours notice if this affects your reservation(This seldom occurs outside of Tuesday and Wednesday).

Bags are not to exceed 30” in length, width, or height. If your bag is larger than these dimensions, it will not fit in the vehicle.

We use vans, sprinters, minibusses and motor coaches. Admittedly, this can be a little confusing. We have many vehicles doing a variety of different things - some are privately chartered, and some are for the public. When in doubt, look for the logo and ask the driver.

Yes, the shuttle will leave you; the shuttle is designed to operate on a schedule.

In the event you miss your shuttle you would take the next available shuttle.

The next available shuttle time has the potential of being full or unavailable. We do not run every scheduled time every day, so if you miss your scheduled time, you have the potential of significant wait time. We will make every reasonable effort possible to get you to your destination as quickly as we can.

We have no change fees, but if you change airports the price of the ticket might change.

We allow all service dogs and any animal that will fit in a crate according to our baggage allowance. Please note that you do have to purchase a seat for them.

We DO NOT provide car seats.

Our vehicles do not accommodate motorized scooters.
